Tailored Lending Concepts (‘TLC’) is the trading name of parent company Kenmorr Pty Ltd ACN 070 644 067. Kenmorr and TLC commenced operations in September 1995.

TLC’s primary business is to provide finance brokerage and consultancy services to clients who wish to borrow money, whether for personal, investment or business use. Our focus is to source the best and most appropriate finance for each particular client’s needs.

This encompasses, but is not limited to, the sourcing of loans from banks and other financial institutions in the form of home and investment loans, equipment finance,  business loans, commercial and property development loans.

While TLC is based in, and sources the majority of its business from, the Ipswich and Brisbane areas, there are no geographic boundaries or restrictions on where we can offer our services. We are proud to be able to say that we have clients not only throughout Queensland, but also in Sydney, Melbourne and also London.
